    4. Payment Information: When you make a payment, your payment card details are processed directly by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We only store a record of the transaction.
    5. Communications: We keep a record of any correspondence you have with us, including emails and messages.

Our services are contracted by parents/guardians, who provide the necessary information about the student. The parent/guardian portal is intended for use by adults only.
